EP 14: Can You Heal From Church Trauma? | Coach Jello de los Reyes

Deskripsi

Sometimes, the places we turn to for comfort and belonging can also become the places where we experience pain we never expected. And when that hurt comes from people or communities connected to our faith, it can leave us questioning more than just our relationship with others—it can make us question ourselves, our sense of belonging, and even the faith we once found comfort in.In this episode, we sit down with Transformational Coach Jello de los Reyes, founder and director of The Space Philippines, to talk about church hurt and the experiences that can be difficult to name, process, and move forward from. We explore what happens when a place that once felt like home no longer feels safe, how these experiences can shape the way we see faith and community, and what healing can look like without having to deny the pain.Because sometimes, healing isn’t about choosing between your faith and your hurt. It’s about giving yourself the space to acknowledge what happened, understand what it changed in you, and find a way forward with honesty and grace. ⛪🎙️__We all see life through different perspectives, and Life Loading is our way of sharing stories and conversations that help fill in those gaps.
