Building a New Gaming PC Before Prices Go Nuts! Ryzen 9800X3D

Deskripsi

This build was made possible by video sponsor Jawa: https://jawa.link/LGR So after the stupid hurricane last year wrecked my gaming PC (and my home) I've been wanting to build a new rig. And with those new AMD Ryzen Zen 5 CPUs now released, this seemed like the time! So let's pick some parts, assemble and test things, and push the system to its limits with newer PC games at 4K! Oh and do stupid stuff with that LCD CPU cooler, ha. ● LGR things elsewhere: https://www.patreon.com/LazyGameReviews https://bsky.app/profile/lgr-yt.bsky.social ● Background music licensed from Epidemic Sound: https://www.epidemicsound.com/ 00:00 I kinda need a new PC 02:34 Sourcing the parts 04:39 but also other parts 05:00 Ryzen 7 9800X3D 06:03 Nvidia RTX 4080 07:18 Fractal Design North XL 08:18 ASRock X870E Taichi 09:45 32GB Corsair DDR5-6000 10:18 M.2 NVMe SSDs 10:56 iCUE H170i Elite LCD 11:51 BeQuiet 1000W PSU 12:41 BUILDING BEGINS! 13:34 Mistakes were made 14:49 AIO liquid cooling 16:26 hooking it all up 17:30 first power on test 18:04 lol whoops 18:55 GPU installation 19:23 fixing screwups 19:54 Windows 11, driver woes 21:05 too much RGB 22:25 Gen5 SSD insanity 22:49 GAMES DANG IT 23:16 Half-Life 2 RTX 24:54 Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced 25:59 Wreckfest 2 26:57 BeamNG Drive 28:20 Cyberpunk 2077 29:33 MS Flight Simulator 2024 30:45 Cities Skylines II 31:50 Indiana Jones Great Circle 33:17 Squirrel With a Gun 34:38 Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 35:53 PCSX2 in 4K, Xenia Canary 37:12 Overall thoughts, future upgrades #LGR #pcgaming #computers #building
