15 Minute Pilates Workout - Full Body Mat Pilates (NO PROPS)

Deskripsi

Hi everyone, thank you for joining me on that mat. I've got a great Pilates class for you this morning which will give you a full body workout, focusing on core strength, glutes and spine. This is a mix of classical Pilates and contemporary sculpt movements to bring you the best of both worlds. No props are required and while I'd say this is an intermediate level class, beginners can absolutely follow along - you may surprise yourself! We will start with a reclined stretch before getting into double leg stretch and variations of bridge pose, followed by a kneeling side kick series and some work on the posterior chain.
