140: Your Environment Is Important For Your Becoming

Deskripsi

In this episode of Anyway Moving Forward, I reflect on new beginnings, expansion, and the power of environment as I welcome 2026 from a brand-new podcast space in Manila. After eight months of deep change, bold decisions, and unexpected opportunities, this episode is a reminder that growth often requires leaving familiar spaces behind.I share my personal journey of uprooting my life, trusting my intuition, and choosing expansion, even without knowing what was on the other side. From mindset shifts and people-pleasing patterns to the role of environment, energy, and belief, this episode invites you to take an honest look at what (and who) you’re surrounding yourself with. This is a conversation about courage, alignment, self-trust, and reclaiming my energy, especially if you’re feeling stuck or ready for more.My key reminder: If nothing changes, nothing changes. Sometimes the bravest thing I can do is choose a new space externally and internally. If this episode resonated with you, I’d love your support.
