You and 10 Other Gifts I'm Grateful For

InYou and 10 Other Gifts I'm Grateful For,award-winning author Jay Armstrong invites readers into a deeply personal journey of finding light in life’s darkest corners. Living with cerebellar atrophy, Jay faces a body that no longer follows his commands, yet in the face of overwhelming challenges, he discovers the quiet power of gratitude—a strength that doesn't come from grand gestures but from noticing the simple, beautiful moments most of us overlook. This isn’t a book of clichés or empty platitudes. It’s about real life. It’s about learning how to be grateful even when life doesn’t go as planned, when the struggles pile up, and when the body betrays you. Through moments both joyful and difficult—like the feel of a loved one’s hand or the sound of a dog’s paws pattering on the floor—Jay shows us how gratitude isn’t just about feeling good; it’s about finding hope in the everyday details that make life worth living.Whether you’re battling your own challenges or just trying to find more joy in your daily life, this book will remind you that even in hardship, there’s always something worth holding onto.Gratitude isn’t about what you have; it’s about what you notice.Read more
