Running the Gauntlet: A Gay Christian's Journey through the Curves Created by Words, Religion, and Ignorance of God

Kenny Bracey grew up "Running the Gauntlet" in many aspects of his life. As a child, he was "different", and often teased and harassed for that reason. His classmates, family members, parents, and church members always let him know who they thought he was and should be, especially with their words. Kenny discovered early that words could make him feel wonderful, or they could cause great pain. Kenny Bracey's story will take you through the trials and tribulations of being a closeted gay, a pastor's son, and be climbing the corporate ladder as a married man struggling with who he was and should be. You will discover and realize the power of words over you, and how you can not only change your own perception of yourself but allow your words to become powerful forces in your own life and those you come in contact with.Read more
