Maranatha!: The Law, Jews, Gentiles, and the Coming of Christ: Eschatology and Jew-Gentile Relations

Paul's closing words to the Corinthians "Maranatha!" have caused a tremendous amount of speculation and interest. What precisely did he mean by that? In this important, intriguing and challenging new book, Holger Neubauer digs deep into the background of that term. He explores the connections between the coming of the Lord, the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecies-- and "the unity of the faith." In addition, he discusses such topics as the passing of the Law of Moses, the fulfillment of the prophecies of Malachi- i.e. the coming of Elijah, and many more related topics. This book is chock full of intriguing and fascinating discussion that will help the reader to understand the beauty of God's purpose to invite all men into fellowship with him, and demonstrate what it means to be united in Christ.Read more
