We Need to Talk about Nuclear War HYSTERIA (and why it doesn't help)

As Trump ramped up the hostile rhetoric against Iran to get a ceasefire, it sent social media into a panic. He threatened to completely destroy Iranian civilisation. Many people assumed this meant he was threatening nuclear conflict with Iran. While it may seem plausible, I argue in this video that Nuclear War hysteria is usually American liberals and conservatives trying to make the war about them potentially being victims (rather than Iran) and stems from a lack of understanding about nuclear war and the US role in the word. .00:00:00 - American Fearmongering about Nuclear war 00:07:00 - Nukes as a political weapon 00:18:30 - Is Trump a Mad King who could start Nuclear War? 00:23:48 - Americans are making the war about themselves My new Gaming Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thegamernacle/profilecard/?igsh=MTA1bDcycHk1NHBnMQ== BlueSky: https://bsky.app/profile/thekavernacle.bsky.social My Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/join/TheKavernacle My Instagram: https://instagram.com/thekavernacle/ My travel instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thekavernacle_extra/ Second Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtet3kEWqgKj6sSfMgf2n7A
