James GRILLS Cachalia & He Falls Apart in DISBELIEF

विवरण

ActionSA MP Dereleen James confronted Acting Minister of Police Professor Firoz Cachalia and Acting National Commissioner Lieutenant-General Puleng Dimpane directly in Parliament's Portfolio Committee on Police budget hearing, exposing the SANDF deployment on the Cape Flats as a billion-rand failure with no intelligence, no forensics and no operations — describing it as a wedding drive-by where soldiers smiled, waved and parked without stopping once. DA MP Lisa-Maré Schickerling called the SAPS supply chain system corrupt to the generals' faces, revealing police stations have no toilet paper, no pens and a K9 unit running 97 dogs against a capacity of 1,001 — while Cachalia admitted SAPS messed up supply chain and financial management and defended suspended National Commissioner General Fannie Masemola — who had appeared in the Pretoria Magistrate's Court on PFMA corruption charges days earlier — as someone who carried out his responsibilities faithfully. James delivered the most explosive line of the hearing directly to Cachalia and Dimpane's faces — stating that if SAPS had active counter-intelligence, South Africa would not be sitting with both an acting minister and an acting commissioner — while Cachalia stunned Parliament by endorsing Chinese-style mass surveillance, saying he used to have human rights concerns before taking the portfolio but society is now prepared to trade privacy for safety. #madlangacommission
