Olatunji Abdulquadri Jimoh was unlawfully arrested on the 20th of December, 2024 by men of the Nigerian Police Force from the Kwara State Police Command over a debt of ₦220,000 that he owed one Mr. Gabriel Sunday. Despite the debt being paid the police still insisted on detaining him that night and that same night, Olatunji died in Police custody under very controversial circumstances.
