The Hive

When Finn Monroe gets chased out of a birthday party and into the quarry during a meteor shower, she starts wishing on the falling stars for a better life- one free of cliques like the Hive, who have been toying with her for years. But once the stars start falling, they don’t stop battering the world until it is unrecognisable in all ways but one: Finn’s still a poor outcast, but in a world where Outcasts are one of many castes, and where the Queen Bees who used to bully her are now potential future queens who potentially have actual magic in their veins. There’s a chance that Finn might have a bit of that magic in her veins too- possibly even enough to turn her life around. But when the people finally start to look beyond Finn’s reputation to the potential within her, she starts to wonder if being special is what’s going to lead to her finally being embraced by her peers- or annihilated by them. After all, there’s a fine line between being an insecure teenage girl and a psychopath, and if Finn wants to survive high school, let alone the end of the world, she’s going to have to learn how to deal with both!‘SK Munt has the ability to make you want to forget EVERYTHING around you but the world she is creating. You'll fall in love (or hate) with every character and never be disappointed. The twist & turns, up & downs will drive you crazy but you won't want to put the book down! My only disappointment is having to wait for the next book in this series.’-Imgoingthatway, Amazon reviewer.Read more
