Stepping Stones: A true story of surviving a breakdown

In 2022 a domestic event caused me to breakdown. I'm a typical, strong man, in his sixties, travelled and worked around the world in many countries. it couldn't happen to me. Correction, it did. Not just a breakdown but PTSD, anxiety through the roof, all alone thousands of miles from home, from any family and not a single friend to talk to. How did I survive, get through daily suicidal thoughts? Stepping Stones. Read my true story, it could happen to anyone, trust me I thought I'd be the last person to go through this 'weakness". No it's not weakness. If telling my story helps just one person...it will have been worth writing.Gregory Stenson.greorystenson.comgreg@gregorystenson.comRead more
