Some countries, like the United States, prefer to allow rogue government agencies like the Securities and Exchange Commission to stymie financial innovations. Other countries, like El Salvador, recognize Bitcoin is the future and take proactive steps to ensure a wealthy future for its citizens. China focuses on innovation of central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), while some nations across the planet see XRP, Litecoin, and Ethereum as the future of global commerce.
