ONLY JESUS: Who Is Jesus? Why Do We Need Him? And What Should We Do When We Want to Come To Him? A Simple & Clear Step-by-Step Explanation for New Believers From a Buddhist Background

Buddhism is all about performing according to specific rules. Then the law ofkarma—the unbending and impartial principle of cause and effect—will kick in.'Do good, get good; do bad, get bad.' (In Thai: 'Tam dee, dai dee; tam tschua, dai tschua.')In other words, you will get what you deserve. But how well do you perform according to Buddhism's 5 most basic moral rules (the 'Seen Ha')?(1) 'Do not kill (a being that has a feeling)!' ('Bana tipa-ta veramani')(2) 'Do not steal!' ('Atin-na ta-na veramani')(3) 'Do not commit sexual immorality!' ('Garmay sumitcha jara veramani')(4) 'Do not lie or speak any evil!' ('Musa wa-ta veramani') and(5) 'Do not consume intoxicating substances!' ('Sura may-ra-ya majjapama tat-tana veramani')The good news is there is a better way.Jesus tells us that He is interested in having a relationship with us.And in that relationship, we will then experience change. So where Buddhism says, 'Rely on yourself!'; Jesus says, 'Come to Me, all you who labor are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your soul. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.' (Matthew 11:38-30)Are you tired of struggling on your own?Find out how you can fully link up with Jesus so you can have a relationship with Him and find true rest for your soul.- Super easy-to-read- A simple & clear step-by-step explanation, especially for newcomers to the faith who come from a Buddhist background"This book is subtle.
