Mrs Caldicot's Turkish Delight

Mr David Livingstone, one of Mrs Caldicot's friends from The Twilight Years Rest Home, has unexpectedly inherited a seaside pleasure pier which has a theatre at one end and a hotel at the other. `Is it near the sea?' asks Miss Nightingale.
