If you can follow just a few basic and very easy to follow instructions over a few more weeks you can have beautiful, crystal clear hard cider so bubbly, sparkly and delicious that your brew could proudly be entered for consideration at the county fair. Or you could just drink it yourself, and share a little with your friends. If you are just a little bit curious about how this could be done, do yourself a small favor and try this Hard Cider The Easy Way method. You do not need special brewing equipment. You do not need large food grade buckets, titration tubes, airlock bubblers, specific gravity hydrometers, special sterilization chemicals, exotic sugars, etc. This book has over 10,000 words of instruction and advice with accompanying photos of the key steps and procedures which clearly describes this simple process.
