Buddha: Spirituality for Leadership & Success

A book that distils the greatest mystic lessons for leadership and success, with deep insights for today’s times and for the future. The book highlights the key principles and values of Buddha’s root-level consciousness teachings. The beauty of ‘Buddha’s way’ is that literal words are not as important as the cultivation of insight (prajna), a spiritual attitude towards all things and understanding the underlying principles that determine excellence in all spheres of life. His spiritually inspired wisdom principles and keys touch all aspects of human behaviour, including leadership psychology and the spirit of teamwork, and are particularly relevant for creating values that can lead to higher achievement, real fulfilment and true success.Leaders throughout history - Ashoka the Great, Chinese emperors, Japan’s samurai warlords and so on - have been deeply influenced by Buddha’s consciousness teachings. The West was influenced in a rather subtle way: Alexander’s expedition to India was not just military, but also one of ideas where his people carried back several aspects of Buddha’s mystic philosophy and integrated them with the West’s.The power of the Buddha’s teachin
