Why Most Mental Health Treatments Don’t Work with Dr. Dave Rabin

Description

pFor decades, mental health treatment has followed the same loop: diagnose, prescribe, manage symptoms, repeat. But outcomes haven’t improved—and in many cases, they’ve worsened./ppIn this episode of strongDecoded/strong, Bizzie Gold sits down with Dr. Dave Rabin, board-certified psychiatrist, neuroscientist, and co-founder of Apollo Neuro, to confront why the system is failing and what actually heals trauma./ppDr. Rabin breaks down what he witnessed firsthand while treating severe PTSD: why “gold-standard” medications often stabilize but don’t resolve trauma, how unresolved fear lives in the body, and why safety—not insight—is the real prerequisite for healing. The conversation moves through psychedelic-assisted therapy, vagus nerve modulation, spirituality, belief, and the conditions under which mental illness is not just manageable—but reversible./ppThis episode challenges the chemical-imbalance narrative, exposes the risks of poorly screened psychedelic use, and explains how nervous-system regulation changes everything—from sleep and panic to long-term recovery. Watch closely. This is not a coping conversation. /ppbr/ppuLinks for Apollo Neuro & Dr. Dave Rabin/u/ppstrongTo get ApolloNeuro $99 OFF use this link:/strong a href="https://apolloneuro.com/BGHEAL"uhttps://apolloneuro.com/BGHEAL/u/a/ppstrongWant to start with the Apollo Neuro app? /strongIt turns your phone into a device: a href="https://gmm.one/ce806e05-a01a-491b-88aa-e242b74821d3"uhttps://gmm.one/ce806e05-a01a-491b-88aa-e242b74821d3/u/a/ppstrongTo follow along with Dr. Dave Rabin's work: /stronga href="https://www.drdave.io/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer"https://www.drdave.io//a/ppbr/ppuLinks for Bizzie Gold & Brain Pattern Mapping/u/pp🔗 strongFind out your Brain Pattern Type:/stronga href="https://predictivemind.io/" uhttps://predictivemind.io//u/a🔗 strongLearn about Rapid Emotional Rewiring:/stronga href="https://breakmethod.com/" uhttps://breakmethod.com//u/a🔗 strongGrab a Copy of Your Brain is a Filthy Liar:/stronga href="https://www.
