Walking Cardio & Strength Workout // Low Impact & to the Beat!

Description

Thanks for joining me for this fun walking cardio workout! Get your steps in, and work in some strength too. After a quick warm up we have 20 low impact cardio exercises that are done to the beat of the music. 40 seconds for each move, followed by 20 seconds of walking in place. Follow along and have fun! The aerobic section is followed by two songs of strength exercises with light weights (to the music beat, but no timer). For reference, I'm using 3 pounds (1 or 2 Kg). I hope you enjoy this all in one workout! I completed 2700 steps. All exercises are also osteoporosis friendly :)https://www.seniorshape.comhttps://www.instagram.com/seniorshape/https://www.facebook.com/SeniorShapefitness/walking workout, 30 minute workout, workout for seniors, workout for beginners, walking exercises, workout for weight loss, Leslie Sansone, fat burning workout, cardio workout for beginners, senior shape, silver sneakers, senior fitness, weight loss workout, workout at home, steps workout, indoor walking workout, walking at home, two mile walk, walk 2 miles exercise, dance workout, easy dance workout, aerobics, walk at home, low impact workout, workout for seniors, walk at home, walking exercise for seniors, walking exercise at home, walk walk exercise, low impact cardio, exercise to lose weight fast at home, aerobics workout for weight loss, full body weight loss exercise, body fat burning exercises
