The HONEST TRUTH Behind Kpop Group's Low Ticket Sales & Scalpers

Description

Kpop tour cancellations are exploding in 2026, and the real reason behind low ticket sales, empty arenas, and last-minute scrapped shows is finally coming to light. From i-dle pulling their North American tour to KARD canceling Nashville just days before the show, Big Ocean scrapping Europe, 82MAJOR ditching Brazil, RIIZE losing an American date, and Soojin's massive 17-stop collapse, "blue dot fever" is taking over Ticketmaster seating maps across the globe. But this problem goes way beyond Kpop. Post Malone, Jelly Roll, Zayn Malik, Meghan Trainor, Demi Lovato, and The Pussycat Dolls have all faced the same wave of cancellations, and the reasons companies give fans rarely match what's actually happening behind the scenes. In this video we break down the rise of dynamic pricing, scalper bots, inflated resale tickets, oversized arena bookings, rushed tour announcements, and why even the biggest names outside of BTS, BLACKPINK, and TWICE are struggling to sell out shows. With average concert ticket prices climbing over 40 percent since 2019 and entire venues being curtained off to hide empty sections, fans are finally pushing back against a system that feels rigged from the start.
