Stop Worrying About A Future You Can’t Predict

Description

Stop bracing for an impact that might not even be coming. Ashley breaks down why worry is just fiction you're writing about a future that doesn't exist yet, and why valid feelings and useful feelings are not the same thing. You'll learn how to catch yourself mid-spiral, how to stop living by imaginary deadlines, and why letting it come to you first might be the most powerful thing you can do for your peace right now.
