Lost Parcel Mock Call Sample

Description

Here's a mock call sample of a lost in transit parcel. The tracking number shows "delivered" but the actual parcel wasn't delivered and is missing. This shows two agents (Claire and Candace) handle the same call and the same issue with different results. #mockcall #customerservice #callcenter 00:00 Description 00:22 Bad Customer Service 07:34 Great Customer Service
