I Brought an Agronomist to Our Farm & He Walked Me Through Mistakes We Must Avoid Before Planting

Description

Welcome back to our Farm💚💚 In the last episode, we showed you the borehole process and the water tower setup. If you haven’t watched that one, make sure you do so you understand how we’re building this step by step. In today’s episode, we take you through the land clearing process. We also brought in a professional agronomist before planting anything. And honestly, that was necessary. Soil testing is not optional. It tells you what your land needs, what it lacks, and what would completely fail if you just plant blindly. A lot of new farmers make the mistake of clearing land and immediately putting seeds in the ground without understanding their soil structure, pH levels, nutrients, drainage, or long-term planning. That’s how people lose money before they even begin. This episode breaks down: – Why soil testing is a must – Common mistakes people make when starting new farms – And why preparation determines whether your farm will succeed or struggle If you’re thinking about starting a farm or expanding one, this is a conversation you need to hear. Let’s build this the right way. #LNN
