How to Find Peace Amidst The Chaos (with Tim Ross)

Description

"Are you actually okay?” Most of us have a "Missing Peace" in our lives that we try to fill with everything except the Source. We reach for the promotion, the new house, the hobby, or even a more "spiritual" playlist, hoping the emptiness will finally stop humming in the background. But what if the reason you’re still exhausted isn't because you aren't trying hard enough—but because you’re trying to heal what you refuse to reveal? In this episode of The Leader’s Cut, Preston Morrison is joined by Tim Ross to drop a major reality check on the state of our souls. We’re moving past the "just pray about it" platitudes to talk about the spiritual mechanics of peace. If the Holy Spirit is guiding our lives, then peace isn’t just a feeling; it’s a regulation of your entire being—body, soul, and spirit. This conversation gets into the stuff we usually keep quiet: * The "Fix" Fallacy: Why your coping mechanisms (from video games to "religious" busyness) are actually sending a personal invitation for the enemy to keep you stuck. * The Revelation Requirement: Why the Holy Spirit can't cut away the pain you're still trying to hide. * Body Regulation: The wild truth about how the peace Jesus left you is designed to regulate your physical and emotional responses to a chaotic world. * Moving the Goalposts: Why Jesus didn't save you so you could just "survive" your life—and how to finally start thriving in the freedom He actually paid for. This isn't a lecture on "how to be happier." It's a deep dive into the process of heart-circumcision that leads to true, unshakable freedom. It’s time to stop settling for temporary happiness and start walking in the peace you were created for.
