From 9 to 5 Jobs to a Multi-Million Dollar Portfolio: How They are Building Wealth Through Investing, Partnership, and Courage — Lessons on Generational Wealth, Building Assets and Risk Taking

Description

[Wealth on Your Terms Podcast with Tobi Adekeye] In this episode, I sat down with Nike and Carine — investors and co-founders of NCTL Group, a real estate development and investment firm to unpack what it really looks like to build wealth beyond a salary, while still working full-time, raising families, and taking on ambitious real estate projects. We talked about how both of them got started in real estate from very different turning points, the mindset shift from thinking you’re “rich” to realizing you’re not yet truly wealthy, and why building assets matters so much when your income depends on showing up to work. We also get into partnership, marriage, courage, risk, faith, and what it actually takes to go from smaller real estate strategies into a 24-unit development project. What I love about this conversation is that it’s not just about real estate. It’s about ownership, long-term thinking, and having the courage to build something bigger than the life your 9-to-5 can fund on its own.Whether you’re interested in investing, building generational wealth, or just trying to think differently about money and your future, this episode will challenge and inspire you.🎙️ About Wealth on Your TermsWealth on Your Terms is a podcast about building wealth, freedom, and impact — in ways that actually work for your life.
