Filling the real world skills in Education with Ritu Jhaveri CEO and Founder of Deschool Online Inc

Description

Is the education system failing students? For Ritu Jhaveri, education has never been about memorizing answers—it's about preparing young people for the real world. After building a successful career in education across multiple countries, Ritu made the difficult decision to leave behind the security of a steady paycheck, immigrate to Canada, and build something entirely new. Today, through Deschool, she's helping bridge the gap between what students learn in school and the skills they'll need to thrive in life. In this thought-provoking conversation, we explore the changing landscape of education, the growing tension between technology and engagement, and why countries like Sweden are reintroducing textbooks into classrooms after years of digital-first learning. But this episode goes beyond education. It's about values. The principles that guide us when no one is watching. The courage to build with integrity. And the belief that whether you're raising a company, a classroom, or a family, strong foundations matter. Because the future isn't built by what we know. It's built by what we're willing to learn and do!
