Episode 530: Chapter 15, verses 7,8 and 9

Description

Bhagavad Gita Ch. 15 “Purusottama Yoga - Yoga of the Supreme Self” Verses 7, 8,&9 The lecture discusses that the Jīva is not separate from the Lord but is His eternal expression. Through the conditioning of Prakṛti, the Jīva identifies with the body, mind, and senses, becoming the experiencer of the world. As it journeys from one body to another, it carries the subtle equipment of the mind and senses, just as the wind carries fragrance from one place to another.
