The election pitted President Ferdinand Marcos Sr., incumbent dictator and nominee of the Kilusang Bagong Lipunan (KBL) against Corazon C. Aquino, opposition leader and nominee of the United Nationalist Democratic Organization. The documentary traces the events from Election Day to Cory Aquino's Tagumpay ng Bayan Victory Rally at the Luneta on 16th February 1986. By the will of the Filipino people, Marcos would be ousted from power and Aquino would assume the presidency only nine days later.
