Another Gamma Experience

Description

As usual I woke up around 4am and put on a music track, I had been using a chant but changed it to a gamma frequency track, I lay in bed and took some deep breaths visualising my body filling with light with each breath. I went back to sleep. I wake up in, I suppose a dreaming body, as I’m not in the place where I had gone to sleep. I know I am out-of-body and fly through the window into my parents garden in England. It feels good to be flying around the garden. I look to the left and to the right to decide where I am going to go. The left looks very ‘busy’, buildings, stuff going on, the right looks a bit calmer, more space. I am finding it a little difficult to fly but put in a bit of effort and fly off to the right though not very high. I can’t manage to get over the garden next door which isn’t the physical reality garden. For some reason I don’t want the owner of the garden to see me, this seems to be very similar to another experience I had recently. I manage to get through the garden but on foot not flying. There is something I have to do on the other side of the garden. Once I get to the other side I am flying again in a town, there seems to be some sort of carnival going on there is a parade coming towards me. I have touble flying again and I mention it to someone near me, they tell me to try spinning. So I spin, I decide to take off and say ‘take me to God’ I put my right arm out in front and take off, I expect to be whisked off somewhere but not a lot happens. Of course, nothing happened as to connect to the Divine we don’t have to going anywhere but inwards through the heart, but in the heat of the astral moment, you can get carried away. Anyway I am now at the bottom of a hill, there is snow on the ground and we have to rescue someone. Suddenly there is a small avalanche and snow falls down the hill, I get the feeling we are too late and I look under the snow. There are frozen things under there like frozen food packets, bit weird that. Then I wake up. I go back to sleep and when I finally wake up I
