Description
Join us for this meaningful episode that brings together voices from around the world in a message of hope, connection, and love. "Brothers and Sisters! What a joy to be with you today! You, my dear friends from my sweet home of Africa! It is a great privilege to be with you today, wherever you are listening around the world. My remarks are centered on finding Joy in Jesus Christ. When storms of life come—when drought comes, when work is scarce, when sickness visits our homes—when repentance is needed—we look to Him. He walked a harder road than any of us, and He did it for us. “Who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of God.” May we embrace the Savior’s invitation and find joy in our lives and in the lives of our loved ones: “If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love: … These things have I spoken … that your joy might be full.” Joy is not a prize for people whose lives are easy. It is a gift t
