Something's Fishy: An Angler's Look at Our Distressed Gamefish and Their Waters - And How We Can Preserve Both

Well-known nature and conservation writer Ted Williams is an avid fisherman who has devoted many years to writing about the sport and advocating the preservation of bodies of water and species of fish. Here, he brings together his love of angling with his profound sense of responsibility for the environment. Most of the work in this anthology is adapted from articles originally published inAudubonandFly Rod & Reel(where Williams is conservation editor), and these lively, perceptive pieces take readers across the United States and around the world: trout fishing in Patagonia; bonefishing on South Andros Island in the Bahamas; and tuna fishing off the coast of Massachusetts. Williams’ passion and commitment will inspire fishermen everywhere.Read more
