Primal - A Friday The 13th Book

When Life Finds A Way. Jason Finds A Machete. An homage to the Black Flame Friday the 13th Novels of 2005/2006.Jason Voorhees has hunted camp counselors, fought his way through Hell itself, battled Freddy Krueger, and even been unleashed in the depths of space… but now he’s about to face the deadliest wilderness in history. In the year 2045, Edwin Prizm—the world’s first trillionaire and sole possessor of working time travel—has built the ultimate nightmare gallery. Using his time travel tech as a means of collecting some of the most ruthless killers of all time. Behind glass cells, he displays his “collection” of legendary slashers: Jason Voorhees, Freddy Krueger, Michael Myers, Chucky… even the cursed Lament Configuration itself. It’s a macabre showcase of killers and curiosities gathered from across time. But when the unthinkable happens and his trophies escape, chaos tears through the PrizmTech showroom. Edwin and a ragtag group of unwilling survivors make a desperate bid for safety using the only escape left—the Time Gateway. Damaged in the struggle, the controls malfunction… hurling them millions of years into the past. They land in the Cretaceous Period—a primeval world of towering predators, razor-clawed raptors, and monstrous reptiles. Worse still, Jason Voorhees followed them through the Gateway. Stalking the survivors is one thing, but here he finds a new, relentless enemy: a cunning raptor pack led by the one-eyed “Dead-Eyed King,” whose territory Jason dares to invade. And looming beyond them all is something Edwin once glimpsed on a past expedition—a predator unknown to the fossil record. Twice the size of a Tyrannosaurus and ten times as deadly, Edwin named it the BF Rex. Now, this prehistoric nightmare has scented new prey…But the greatest threat may not have claws or fangs. In a world where danger is constant, the survivors carry lies, grudges, and secret agendas. It becomes a race against time to find a way home before the cretaceous predators or worse yet Jason Voorhees find them.Slasher horror meet
