ATTENTION STUDENTS: If you need to write a paper on senseless organizational behavior, then this is the perfect reference. It's simple, easy to understand, and right to the point. If you are interested in finding out why obstinate employees do the things they do, then read this eBook. You will learn about difficult people and the thinking behind their actions. Specifically, obstinate employees are described, exemplified, and explained using theories that have long withstood the test of time. These individuals include: Talkers (they talk instead of work) Opinionaters (they are always right) Non-compromising aggressives (they attack anyone in their way) Harmonizers (they agree with everyone) Negative veterans (they are long-term employees with poor attitudes) Cynicals (they disagree with everyone) Shortcut artists (they skip steps in the process) No-faulters (they are never at fault).Read more
