Living In Eternity: Christ In You The Realized Hope of Glory

Living in Eternity by William Bell addresses a fundamental problem in the Christian community, the problem of a deferred or delayed hope. The book is based on the premise of Proverbs 13:12, "Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when the desire comes it is a tree of life." Christians have been bamboozled with the presentation of a false hope. Many have grown skeptical and others have lost their faith. Many preachers and university professors no longer believe in the coming of the Lord. Why is Jesus always coming soon but never seems to arrive? Why is it always a deferred or delayed hope. Living in Eternity walks you step by step through the texts, analyzing and explaining them along the way with a simple easy-to-follow approach. When texts seem to be a bit difficult or potentially over-whelming, charts are provided building a clear picture where the obvious meaning can be seen at a glance. The study of Bible prophecy is growing every day. Our world appears to be unraveling at the seams. Power struggles, endless wars, and political upheaval all become signs to the unaware that we are in some type of imminent end time. Yet, the words of Scripture are solid. The eschatology of word of God provides clear, solid answers with proofs that cannot be refuted. As you browse the chapters you learn the meaning of the ages in which the redemptive plan of God unfolds. Next, you're invited to see the reward which comes down out of heaven, assuring man of the very Presence of God in which hope is realized. The power of the coming of the Lord and a very thorough discussion on miracles and their role in the end times follows. Without a study of the symbols of end times apocalypticism, many passages would be impossible or at least very difficult to understand. The final chapters addresses the end of the world from 2 Peter 3. Lastly, the eternal rest in Hebrews is brought into the believers experience. Build your confidence as you study this book.Read more
