Crown of Thorns

Sophia Grant, dethroned as Empress by her cruel husband, Ethan, endures humiliation and exile to Frost Mansion. Once a skilled modern-day surgeon, she awakens in a historical realm, grappling with her new identity and a web of betrayal. Despite her fall from grace, Sophia remains fearless, confronting those who demean her, including Ethan's favored concubine, Bella Hart. Sophia’s courage and sharp wit become evident as she navigates palace politics, standing her ground during Ruby's birthday party and saving Ethan from an assassination attempt. However, Ruby is poisoned during the chaos, escalating tensions between the emperor and his enemies. Sophia’s transformation, both as a tactician and a fighter, marks the beginning of her quest for respect and power in a world determined to undermine her.
