ADVANCED MEMORY TECHNIQUES: A Practical Guide to become a Memory Athlete

Memory improvement is an activity that requires, like any other human concern, learning a set of skills and techniques, after which, through motivation and training, you can master it so that you get incredible results with your mind. There are many more memory techniques other than the ones you'll learn from this book, the purpose of which is not to teach you how to memorize shopping lists or to-do lists. This book deal exclusively with advanced memory systems and methods used by memory athletes, and perhaps some of them will seem to you quite difficult to practice. The most important perspective that this bookopens for you is to become a memory athlete. Memory training is similar to body training. Once you have learned how to practice the exercises, set a goal and start training, you can already consider yourself a memory athlete (even if you are only a beginner). This book will take you on a fascinating journey through the world of memory training. You will see how a World Memory Championship takes place, what are the methods used by memory athletes and how they train for competitions. The main reason I wrote this book was to show you that memory training is not a rocket science. I will not say that it is easy, but I hope that the following pages will help you get a broad picture of this field so mysterious to many people.Read more
