You needed a Hug, Not their Trauma Dump

Paglalarawan

The heart is a heavy burden so I understand the need to let others carry it sometimes If you are here right now, I pray that you find people who will listen with the intention of willing you to stay alive. Thank you for being here and I am proud of you for making the world a better place just by choosing to wake up everyday ❤️‍🩹#LettingGo #HealingEra #InnerChildHealing #EmotionalHealing #SoftHealing #MentalHealthTalk #HealingPodcast #SelfReflection #RestIsProductive #GentleReminders #atetips #mentalhealth #trauma #atetips
