Envy can damage workplace relationships, fuel unhealthy competition, and leave employees feeling stuck. But it can also reveal what people want from their careers—and offer leaders an opportunity to turn rivalry into growth. Kim is the author of Envy: Why Wanting What They Have is the Key to Getting What You Want.
