Paglalarawan

Ask me anything about: • What Black women are being asked to release in this season • How to stop over-functioning without guilt • Money, autonomy, and choosing sustainability over martyrdom • Burnout, nervous system regulation, and rest as strategy • Boundaries, discernment, and no longer negotiating self-respect • What 2026 is asking us to step into — individually and collectively This isn’t about despair. It’s about direction. Want to create live streams like this? Check out StreamYard: https://streamyard.com/pal/d/5974811014070272
