Paglalarawan

How does Indonesia's politics look from the room where it happens? We sat down with Rahayu Saraswati, a seating DPR Member from the Gerindra Party. She is known for her activism work on women's rights and anti human trafficking, and yes, also Prabowo Subianto’s niece. In this episode we talked about her views on various issues, how the DPR operates, how privilege plays a vital role in political parties, her take on being labeled a “nepo baby,” and her views on the controversies surrounding the Prabowo's administration. *Please note that this episode is recorded on February 4th 2025 (before the Indonesia Gelap protest & RUU TNI ratification). ------------------ What is up, Indonesia?
