Talkernate History - The Great War [2019]

Paglalarawan

In this episode we discuss the film "The Great War", and what a film it is. A very low budget WWI action movie ( with some suspicious similarities to "Saving Private Ryan" ) about American soldiers going behind German lines to save a unit of black soldiers. Notably, the film "stars" Ron Perlman playing General Pershing (!?) , and Billy Zane as... a guy. This one is borderline Talkernate Alternate, as we spend a lot of time talking about fine films other than "The Great War" Audio Only Version: https://soundcloud.com/user-824507485/the-great-war-2009 Our Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/TalkernateHistory
