S3: Ep5 | How to Price Your VA Services and Get Paid? (Stop Losing Money on Fees & Exchange Rates)

Paglalarawan

How do you actually get paid as a freelancer working with clients abroad? Especially when they’re paying you in USD and you’re losing out on high fees and bad exchange rates? That’s where Wise comes in. Wise is a global money management platform that lets me receive payments in USD without the fuss. I get my own US bank details that I can share directly with clients—so they can pay me just like they would any US-based professional. Plus, I can hold my USD balance and only convert when the exchange rate is good. No hidden fees, no nasty surprises—just the real mid-market exchange rate. Faster, safer, and way more cost-effective than international wire transfers. If you’re a freelancer like me and want to stop leaving money on the table, sign up for Wise today and start keeping more of what you earn. 👉https://wise.com/invite/dic/mariafatimaj2 00:00 - Intro: The Biggest Question for New VAs 01:24 - Types of Services: Part-Time, Full-Time, Project, Retainer 04:20 - How to Structure Your Service Rates & Fees 05:12 - Why Your Part-Time Hourly Rate is HIGHER 07:20 - The Psychology of Monthly vs. Hourly Rates (Save Your Client Money!) 09:25 - Project-Based Pricing Examples 10:48 - Retainer Rates Explained (The Premium Model) 13:15 - Crucial Reminder: NEVER Go Below This Rate! 13:39 - How to Get Paid in USD Safely & Cheaply (Wise Tutorial) 18:50 - The Secret Sauce to Hitting 6 Figures 20:50 - How to Negotiate a Yearly Rate Increase ◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️ ⚡️ENROLL IN MY ONLINE COURSE HERE!!! 👉🏼 https://nas.io/executive-virtual-assistant-philippines/products/tqzb Become an Executive Virtual Assistant with a comprehensive course offering tested tips and detailed topics covering essential skills, tools, client acquisition, and earning potential, all from the comfort of your home. ◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️ FREE LEARNING CENTER that will enhance your virtual assistant and freelancer career. ⭐️ https://nas.io/executive-virtual-assistant-philippines ◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️ Say hi on my social media accounts : 📌Tiktok:
