President Bongbong Marcos & His Friend Bong Daza were Cousins!

Paglalarawan

Noticeable during his inaugural on June 30, President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos, Jr. reserved seat number 17 for his best friend Gabriel “Bong” Daza III, who passed away last July 14, 2016. President Marcos and Bong Daza were longtime friends and knew each other since they were young. It must be remembered that BBM also stood as his friend’s poxy during Bong Daza’s daughter’s wedding and walked her down the aisle during her wedding on September 10, 2016. Unknown to many, President BBM and his close friend Bong were actually cousins. They both descend from the Romualdez family of Pandacan and Mandaluyong. President Marcos’s branch later went to Leyte, while Bong Daza’s Romualdez ancestor, Isabel Romualdez, married into the prominent Villanueva family of Batangas. Tracing down to their generation, President Marcos and his late best friend Bong Daza were fourth cousins. ==vv==vv==vv== Support The Filipino Genealogist Donate | http://www.buymeacoffee.com/FilipinoGen Shop | https://www.amazon.com/author/toddlucerosales Follow The Filipino Genealogy Channel YouTube | https://www.youtube.com/c/TheFILIPINOGENEALOGYChannel Facebook | https://www.facebook.com/filipinogenealogy Twitter | https://instagram.com/FilGenealogy Instagram | https://www.filipinogenealogy.com/ TikTok | https://www.tiktok.com/@thefilipinogenealogist Website | https://www.filipinogenealogy.com/ For inquiries, email me at inquiry@filipinogenealogy.com Please don't forget to click on the SUBSCRIBE, LIKE, and NOTIFICATION buttons. ==vv==vv==vv== Video Credits: Produced and Directed by: The Filipino Genealogy Channel #FilipinoGenealogyProject #FilipinoGenealogy #PinoyGenealogy
