Leaving Satanism, Becoming Catholic, and Comedy as Evangelization (w/ Shayne Smith)

Paglalarawan

Comedian Shayne Smith shares the powerful story of how an unexpected encounter with God changed his life forever. In this conversation with Fr. Gregory Pine, Shayne opens up about experiencing miracles, vivid dreams, a profound moment of prayer, and the journey that led him to embrace Christianity. But conversion came at a cost. Shayne discusses the backlash he faced after becoming Catholic — losing followers, being publicly attacked online, and questioning whether he could continue his career in comedy at all. Together, Shayne and Fr. Gregory explore faith, suffering, identity, and what it means to follow Christ when it changes everything. ❓ Have ideas for future videos ❓ Topics you want to hear about ❓ Questions you want answered ❓ Make sure to put #AskAscension in your comment 👍 — MORE FROM ASCENSION — 🔸Ascension App: https://link.ascension-app.com/lMuydd... 🔸The Great Adventure Bible: https://tinyurl.com/y6lfxzyt 🔸 Catechism of the Catholic Church, Ascension Edition: https://tinyurl.com/25nskztb — SOCIAL MEDIA — 🔸Facebook: / ascensionpress 🔸Twitter: / ascensionpress 🔸LinkedIn: / ascension-press 🔸Instagram: / ascensionpress 🔸Subscribe: @AscensionPresents
