Kids Will Suffer Because Of You

Paglalarawan

Fellow South Africans, this is a powerful wake-up call about the future we are building for our children. What you praise, what you encourage, and what you live by is what your children will be guided by. We dive into the extraordinary, relentless dedication of fathers like Richard Williams (father of Venus & Serena Williams) and LaVar Ball (father of Lonzo & LaMelo Ball). These men raised world-class champions through discipline, sacrifice, and ruthless focus, even in the toughest environments like Compton. Richard Williams fought off gangsters to let his daughters play and stood up to a journalist to protect his daughter's confidence—are you doing the same for your child? Like Richard Williams, who overcame severe racism, we must face the world head-on and work hard to download the skills of excellence into our children. No amount of racism or hardship can keep a highly-skilled person down. This video draws a stark contrast between this champion-building mentality and the growing trend of celebrating and exposing children to what the world has deemed "rubbish of the lowest order" (e.g., Skomota, Zodwa Wabantu, Cyan Boujee, Uncle Waffles). Are we setting our children up for greatness in wholesome and valuable skills (film, maths, reading, sport, programming) or exposing them to the rot of alcohol, sex, and drugs? It's time to reject the victim mindset. Don't blame external factors like apartheid for your personal choices. It is up to us to start a new culture of discipline, excellence, and achievement.
