Kiambu’s Fastest-Growing Estate 😳 Everyone Is Rushing Here

Paglalarawan

Jomoko Residential Estate is a rapidly growing neighbourhood located in Thika Constituency, Kiambu County, right along the Thika Superhighway. What makes this estate unique is that it sits on both sides of the highway, offering easy access for commuters travelling to Thika Town or Nairobi CBD. The estate borders Thika Town, Ngoigwa, and Witaithie, placing it in a very strategic location. Jomoko has transformed over the years into a mainly residential apartment estate, with new apartment blocks coming up left, right, and center. You’ll find a mix of modern apartments, standard residential blocks, and a few remaining family homes. Despite the rapid development, infrastructure is still catching up, as most internal roads remain untarmacked, which can be challenging during the rainy season. The estate also has a private primary school, reflecting the growing demand for social amenities as more people move into the area. During the day, Jomoko remains relatively quiet, with most residents returning home in the evenings. 📌 Support Robinson Adventures via M-Pesa: 0706006839 #JomokoEstate #Thika #KiambuCounty #ThikaSuperhighway #ThikaRoad #RealEstateKenya #EstateTour #UrbanDevelopment #KenyaContent #RobinsonAdventures
