What do you think? Let us know in the comments. In this clip from the first episode of the Respect Your Elders series, Andy Frasco and Nick talk to Michael. He tells them about the time he was fired because he couldn't keep up with the new technology at work, even though he spent some of his own time trying to improve the process with a standard operating procedure. Do you think this is age discrimination? Michael also talks about how he was an award-winning baker and a staple in the local Denver THC community. #senior #agediscrimination #andyfrasco #interview #story #podcast #interview
