Paglalarawan

How do you become someone you’re genuinely proud of? Carl Jung believed that true self-improvement begins when you stop trying to become what others expect and start confronting who you really are. Most people build their lives around approval, comparison, and the expectations of others. But beneath that identity lies the person you could become—the version of yourself shaped by self-awareness, discipline, purpose, and psychological growth. Through the process of individuation, Jung explained how confronting your shadow, accepting your hidden qualities, and integrating the unconscious can help you become a more authentic and complete person. In this video, we explore Carl Jung’s psychology of personal growth, shadow work, self-respect, identity, discipline, authenticity, and becoming your true self. You’ll discover why lasting transformation is not about perfection, but about making choices that allow you to respect the person you see in the mirror.References: Carl Jung, Two Essays on Analytical Psychology* Carl Jung, The Archetypes and the Collective Unconscious* Carl Jung, Aion: Researches into the Phenomenology of the Self*Carl Jung, Modern Man in Search of a Soul*Disclaimer: This video is created for educational and informational purposes.
