Eric Tayag urges PHL FDA to release assessment of new gen dengue vaccine

Paglalarawan

Former Department of Health Undersecretary Enrique A. Tayag urged the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Tuesday to release the results of its evaluation of a new-generation dengue vaccine. “Is it a yes or no from the FDA on the vaccine? We hope the results will be released soon,” Mr. Tayag said in Filipino during a dengue forum led by the Philippine Medical Association (PMA) and the Empowering Networks to Defeat Dengue (E.N.D. Dengue) coalition. “Let us not wait as if we are still gauging whether this will be favorable to many mothers or whether it will result in backlash,” he added. #Dengue #DengueVaccine #PhilippineFDA Read: https://www.bworldonline.com/the-nation/2026/05/12/749218/medical-doctors-urge-phl-fda-to-release-decision-on-new-dengue-vaccine/ —— Connect with BusinessWorld! https://www.bworldonline.com/ https://bworld-x.com/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCpx8fh6GoIfNxQDrOS1Ihgg https://www.facebook.com/BWorldPH/ https://www.instagram.com/bworldph/ https://www.linkedin.com/company/businessworldph/ https://x.com/bworldph https://www.threads.net/@bworldph https://www.tiktok.com/@businessworldph?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc https://bsky.app/profile/bworldph.bsky.social https://open.spotify.com/show/4fDeeUPNI3AVdAh9qO3Kbt?si=fcfe29f161424548 https://invite.viber.com/?g2=AQAuGEv6URlPYEzhaS7X5bPrUeQBAfshJ2r5HC%2Fp3yrOY5v0cDhpP17MkiOHjMsa #BWorldPH #BusinessWorldPH
