Every doubt loud, every fear on repeat But I learned real quick — fear don't pay my bills I been walking my path, yeah I tripped, yeah I bled But I'd rather fall forward than be stuck in my head Got a vision so clear, even blurry days shine I'm not chasing their love, I'm just chasing what's mine They talk, they point, they laugh, they stare But none of them breathing my air If they don't feel the fire inside my chest Why would I let 'em tell me what's best? So let the haters hate, let 'em waste their breath Life's too short, I'm busy being my best I believe in me, in the dream I see Yeah, I'm betting it all on the future I'll be Let 'em doubt my name, let 'em say I'm wrong I've been right with myself all along I believe, I believe — that's my energy I don't need permission to be me I ain't perfect, nah, but I'm real as hell Every scar got a story I can never sell They love you when you're quiet, hate you when you rise Funny how the truth makes people uncomfortable, right? I don't chase validation, I create my lane Turn pressure into power, turn loss into gain If the dream scares you, that's how you know it's alive I'd rather live once tha
